1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TubeAide ("the Service"), operated at tubeaide.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of the Service

TubeAide provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that assists YouTube video creators and talent agencies in automating brand sponsorship proof-of-performance deliveries. Capabilities include:

• Natural language transcript analysis to locate sponsor segment timestamps
• Cloud and in-browser lossless video clipping of identified sponsor placements
• Retrieving publicly accessible YouTube video metrics via official YouTube API endpoints
• Generating branded, shareable web landing pages for client sponsor verification

3. YouTube Terms of Service Compliance

TubeAide uses the official YouTube API Services. By utilizing TubeAide to process YouTube URLs, you also acknowledge and agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. TubeAide does not alter YouTube video playback restrictions or bypass YouTube authentication.

4. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% of your intellectual property. You affirm that you are the creator, authorized distributor, or designated talent agency of the videos processed through TubeAide. TubeAide does not claim any ownership rights over your videos, sponsor footage, or channel branding.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

TubeAide offers both Pay-as-you-go pricing (per generated delivery report) and recurring monthly subscription tiers (such as the Pro Creator tier at $15/month and Agency tiers).

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled prior to the billing date.
• You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via your account settings with 1 click.
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe; TubeAide never stores complete payment card credentials on our servers.

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use TubeAide to:

• Process content that violates third-party copyrights or YouTube Community Guidelines
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary AI detection models or spam API endpoints
• Misrepresent or fraudulently fabricate brand sponsorship proof of performance

7. Limitation of Liability

TubeAide is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In no event shall TubeAide or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party YouTube API outages, brand dispute decisions, or loss of sponsorship revenue.
