We want you to love using TubeAide. If you subscribe to our Pro Creator ($15/month) or Agency ($49/month) plan and find that it does not fit your workflow, simply contact us within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase at refunds@tubeaide.com. We will issue a 100% full refund with no questions asked.
For single-report purchases ($2.99 per report):
- If our AI speech/transcript detection fails to identify your sponsor placement accurately, you can adjust timestamps manually at no additional charge.
- If the video is deleted or rendered inaccessible by YouTube before your brand link is finalized, we will automatically credit your account or process an immediate refund.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active with full Pro features until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. All previously generated client delivery links will remain accessible.

"YouTube" and the YouTube logo are registered trademarks of Google LLC. All brand logos displayed in examples (e.g. NordVPN, Manscaped, Squarespace) remain the registered trademarks of their respective owners and are used purely for illustrative identification of sponsor integration workflows.
5. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, send an email to:refunds@tubeaide.com
Please include your account email address and transaction ID from Stripe. Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days to your original payment method.
